As Founder & Managing Partner of Thriving in Change Consulting, Dwayne Koch brings more than 25 years of consulting experience to his practice. He has consulted to C-suite and senior executives, multi-national corporations, entrepreneurial ventures and government agencies.
For the past 25 years, Dwayne has focused on understanding the dynamics of complex changes in organization. In addition to unmatched talent in executive coaching and team development expertise, he has designed a systematic and practical approach to predicting, managing and accelerating the implementation rate of large systems change. His frequent application of this expertise to cultural changes, mergers and acquisitions, business transformations have led to his popularity as a consultant amongst senior executives and their teams around the world.
In addition, Dwayne has developed several tools and assessments to help increase organizational readiness for change. His practical approach to his consulting practice has a lasting impact while activating people, teams and leaders to deliver today and grow for the future.
Dwayne holds a Masters in Business Administration from Athabasca University, as well as, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Criminology from the University of Manitoba. Dwayne is married to Audra and has two children Aiden and Mackenzie. When he’s not assisting clients, Dwayne enjoys playing ice hockey and is an avid golfer.
